The individual will join our support team and contribute to serving our existing and implementing customers. Daily tasks will include attending scrum meetings, reviewing, triaging, delegating, responding to, and resolving issues reoprted by our customers. The individual will will review, triage, and respond to client support cases while building relationships with our customers.
