Business Analyst – Amadeus – Bogota, D.C., Colombia Position: Permanent ● Employment Type: Full-time ● Location: Hybrid, Bogotá, Colombia ● Seniority Level: Entry level Job Summary The Business Analyst in the Navitaire Government Security product management group will work with existing and prospective Government Security customers to provide implementation and upgrade support, identify business process changes, perform data collection, and solve government security‑related business problems. Responsibilities Represent the Navitaire Government Security Product Team during customer implementation and upgrade projects. Collect data and manage configuration during implementation. Provide onsite support during go‑live and daily triage of customer‑reported issues. Perform root‑cause analysis and validate carrier system settings during upgrades. Create demo data for sales pursuits and other initiatives. Collaborate with Navitaire Development, QA, and Customer Support teams. Perform business and system analysis for Government Security and Customer Services product initiatives. Document business requirements and produce detailed use cases for development efforts. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above preferred. Experience in airline government security operations. Experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Requirements Gathering. Experience in root‑cause analysis. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to work with customers on‑site and off‑site. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience supporting customer implementations. Experience with PAXLST, EDIFACT, iAPI, API, APP and other airline Government Security tools.
