Overview Recruitment Manager (Hiring for North America (USA & Canada) and LATAM Regions) As a Customer Success Team Lead, you will be a key member of the Market Success organization, responsible for managing a small team of CSMs and ensuring the successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing satisfaction of clients across Latin America. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), driving high performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee customer success operations for the Latin American market, ensuring strategic alignment and local adaptation. Manage client onboarding and integration projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient handoff from sales to delivery. Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional collaboration with DevOps, Product, and Support, Legal and Finance teams to ensure client needs are met and escalations are resolved quickly. Maintain strong, proactive communication across teams and with clients to continuously improve the customer experience. Track customer health and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for product adoption and growth. Requirements 4–5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Technical Account Management (TAM) role. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple departments. Highly self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-paced environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to fast-changing requirements in a market-driven organization. Willingness and ability to travel across Latin America and the US as needed.
