This is an account‑centric role where your primary mission is securing renewals through driving adoption and value realization across the customer organization. You’ll be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from initial setup through expansion, with a strong emphasis on upsells, cross‑sells, and getting as many users as possible actively driving value. You’ll become a master at setup, first‑line troubleshooting, and developing best practices that help customers succeed. Post‑setup, your focus shifts to stakeholder engagement and expanding footprint across the business. Experience 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or client‑facing technical roles at a SaaS company. Track record of driving customer adoption, expansion, and retention. Experience managing customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal. Familiarity with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Vitally, Pylon, or similar). Fluent in Spanish and English (non‑negotiable), able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both languages. Comfortable learning and explaining AI‑powered software platforms. SQL or basic data analysis skills for extracting customer insights. Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding expansion and upsell targets.
