Right now we are looking for a Web & Graphic Designer with Figma expertise to join our innovative team.

**Role Overview**:
As a Web & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces. You will work closely with our product and development teams to design and implement engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. Your expertise in Figma will be crucial in streamlining our design process and facilitating collaboration across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create Desktop and Mobile app designs with best practices and Figma component frameworks
- Design UI elements and build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Utilize Figma for creating, sharing, and collaborating on design projects

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Designer
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Curiosity in utilizing existing design templates, systems, and cutting edge AI design tools in Figma and elsewhere
- Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities
- Experience in creating clickable prototypes in Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
