What You’ll Do ✔️ Analyze accounts to identify underpayments, denials, and missed charges. ✔️ Prepare and submit appeals, claim corrections, and follow-ups with payers and clearinghouses. ✔️ Reconcile payments, post adjustments, and ensure accurate account records. ✔️ Communicate with payer representatives and, when required, with patients to clarify balances and resolve discrepancies. ✔️ Track recovery metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce future revenue leakage. ✔️ Use CRM, billing systems, and Excel to document actions and maintain clear audit trails. What You Bring / What You’ll Need ✅ Prior experience in revenue recovery, claims follow-up, denials management, or collections (healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus). ✅ Technical comfort with Microsoft Excel and experience with EHR/billing/CRM software or clearinghouse platforms. ✅ Detail‑oriented mindset and strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts. ✅ Problem‑solving attitude and persistence to drive complex recoveries to resolution.
