Who We Are Looking For We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Recruiter based in Barranquilla, Colombia, to join our Global HR team. You bring at least 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in multinational consulting or technology environments, and have supported recruitment across multiple global regions. You excel at high‑volume and specialized hiring, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering effectively with leaders across different time zones. With strong communication skills and a B2 level of English, you can turn global recruiting strategies into practical, scalable hiring practices across regions such as North America, LATAM, Middle East, Sri Lanka, UK & Europe. Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple international regions—including North America, LATAM, Middle East, Sri Lanka, UK & Europe—from intake to offer. Manage high‑volume and specialized hiring while maintaining quality evaluation and a strong candidate experience. Draft, review, and post job descriptions aligned with global templates and our employer branding. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and talent mapping. Conduct competency‑based and behavioral interviews aligned with Hoist’s Success Framework. Coordinate interviews across time zones, ensuring consistent evaluation and smooth stakeholder communication. Prepare, present, and negotiate offers in collaboration with HR Leads. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles to anticipate business needs. Maintain ATS accuracy, recruitment dashboards, pipeline reports, and weekly hiring metrics. Continuously recommend process improvements, tools, or practices to optimize time‑to‑fill and hiring quality. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regional labor regulations. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in fast‑paced and multicultural environments. English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required). Experience recruiting across multiple international regions and time zones. Strong experience with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics. Ability to manage a high number of requisitions while maintaining quality and delivery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to work independently and operate in a fast‑moving, global context. Strong client orientation and problem‑solving skills.
