What You’ll Be Doing Project Leadership for initiatives to include facilitation, project planning, communication planning, analytics, record keeping, etc. Event coordination for client-facing meetings and marketing events Creation and/or partnership with others to develop dashboards, profiles, videos, reports, web content, verbiage, and other collateral. You\'ll report to the Director of GTM Operations. You’ll contribute to the success of the business by enabling innovative solutions and empowering client-facing teams to wow our clients and demonstrate why TTEC is the best CX partner in the market. During a Typical Day, You’ll Utilize hybrid and agile project management delivery methods to lead matrixed teams supporting initiatives across the Sales and Marketing organizations Identify risks, interdependencies, blockers, and drive innovative solutions to successfully execute the plan Conduct data modeling and analytics to achieve an elevated level of performance and equip teams with the information they need Develop business relationships across all levels and organizations Participate and drive excellence in initiatives, including content creation in support of the initiatives Adapt to changing priorities and meet or exceed goals on time and with quality What You Bring To The Role 5+ years combined professional experience in project management, process improvement, sales, data analytics, event coordination, and/or business consulting Project Management certification (PMP) or active engagement in obtaining certification Strong proficiency in Asana and Excel Ability to lead formal and informal projects using hybrid and/or agile delivery methods Ability to identify and solve issues with incomplete data and little direction on concurrent long and short project durations Experience in operating within large-scale, global, and matrixed organizations with diverse teams across countries, cultures, departments, roles, and priorities Excited to foster and maintain new relationships and demonstrate solid project leadership across multiple functional areas Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordinating people and resources for in-person and virtual events Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and meet stakeholder expectations Willingness to travel domestically with occasional international travel required approximately 10% What You Can Expect Supportive of your career and professional development An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values Information about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits A competitive compensation package with performance bonus opportunities, benefits you’d expect and perhaps additional perks (like tuition reimbursement).
