JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the optimal functioning of hotel facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing the satisfaction and safety of our guests and employees. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Facility Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rooms and common areas. Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry work. Inspect and monitor the operation of equipment and facilities. Operational Support: Support the hotel's daily operations with maintenance work Respond to urgent room repair requests Coordinate with housekeepers for work in occupied rooms Security Management: Comply with industrial safety protocols and tool handling Report anomalies or risks detected in the facilities Keep work areas tidy and safe REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Technical Knowledge: Basic Electricity and Electrical Systems Plumbing and hydraulic systems Basic bricklaying and masonry Handling maintenance tools Knowledge of carpentry and painting Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team Customer service orientation Quick problem solving Availability and flexible hours PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Level of Education: Technician in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related areas. Trade certifications will be viewed favorably. Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hotel or commercial sector.
