Buscamos CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Representante de Servicio al Cliente) para Skechers Colombia.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  1. Evaluar y priorizar las órdenes de los clientes para el envío. Interfaz con el centro de distribución, servicio al cliente, producción e importaciones para asegurar el procesamiento preciso y oportuno de los pedidos de los clientes.
  2. Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional a los clientes mediante el manejo de sus preguntas y preocupaciones utilizando habilidades de comunicación fuertes y profesionalismo.
  3. Procesar órdenes inmediatas para cuentas independientes vía fax, correo electrónico y teléfono dentro del plazo previsto.
  4. Completar toda la entrada de datos para el servicio de atención al cliente.
  5. Verificar y asegurar la exactitud de los datos en el sistema.
  6. Dar seguimiento de todos los pedidos y envíos de clientes en el sistema.
  7. Ayudar a los clientes respondiendo consultas, resolución de problemas y proporcionando información detallada.
  8. Ejecutar informes semanales y mensuales para mantener un banco de pedidos limpio.
  9. Crear SKUS de cliente en el sistema.
  10. Introducir las órdenes de reserva.
  11. Preparar manualmente el crédito / las facturas con el respaldo apropiado.
  12. Comprobar la disponibilidad del producto.
  13. Cancelar procesos.
  14. Completar el archivo / escaneo general.
  15. Autorizar devolución de procesos.
  16. Revisar el informe principal de asignación de clientes para confirmar que todos los clientes prioritarios se han asignado y priorizado correctamente.
  17. Comunicar y coordinar con DC sobre el estado del buque, problemas de envío, problemas de inventario y envío oportuno de pedidos de clientes.
  18. Comunicarse con las importaciones para priorizar el producto entrante a través del aire y mar.
  19. Analizar y revisar nuevos pedidos de priorización de envío y / o asignación manual.
  20. Recibir copias impresas de los nuevos pedidos ingresados desde el departamento de entrada de datos.
  21. Recibir una notificación por correo electrónico, que contenga detalles de pedidos de clientes, para los nuevos pedidos recibidos a través de EDI y publicados por el servicio de atención al cliente.
