- Conduct outbound efforts and utilize sales tools and CRM (HubSpot) to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Assist in maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects and new clients through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales development representatives (SDRs), customer success managers (CSMs), and delivery teams, to ensure effective account execution.
- Develop a foundational understanding of solution-selling and the professional services deal cycle.
- Support the presentation, promotion, and sale of services, highlighting FullStack's value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
- Aid in forecasting revenue targets and working towards revenue quotas.
- Participate in strategic events such as networking sessions, conferences, and conventions, and demonstrate the outcomes of these efforts.
- Previous experience in a relevant role, such as sales support, account coordination, or customer service, preferably within a software development consulting, staffing, or recruiting firm.
- Highly motivated individual with a flexible and service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in prospecting and acquiring new client accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM practices (HubSpot preferred).
- Thorough understanding of best sales practices and negotiating techniques.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Fast learner and passionate about sales.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Self-driven and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
- A passion for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring client success.
