Morcel helps restaurants and hospitality brands turn their menus into high-conversion, modern digital experiences. We work with operators who care about brand, experience, and revenue not just tech for tech’s sake. This is not a high-volume, low-context sales role. You’ll be working with warm inbound leads and having real conversations with founders, operators, and managers. DescriptionYou will own the inbound sales motion for Morcel. That includes responding to inbound leads, qualifying fit, running demos, following up, and closing customers. You’ll work closely with the founder/team to refine messaging, objection handling, and sales process. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants real responsibility and a clear path to growth. Responsibilities Respond quickly to inbound leads (website, email, forms) Qualify leads based on business type, size, and use case Run discovery calls and product demos Clearly explain Morcel’s value to restaurant owners and operators Handle common objections and follow up consistently Close deals and guide customers through next steps Maintain clean CRM notes and pipeline updates Share feedback from prospects to improve product and messaging What Success Looks Like Inbound leads contacted within 5–15 minutes during coverage hours High-quality discovery calls that uncover real needs Consistent follow-up without being pushy Closed deals from inbound leads Clear communication internally on pipeline and blockers Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management Strong spoken and written English Comfortable on video calls with US-based clients Confident explaining software or digital products Organized, reliable, and responsive Comfortable working US business hours (partial overlap required) Nice to have Experience selling SaaS or digital tools Experience with restaurants, hospitality, or retail Familiarity with CRMs like GHL, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close Experience with inbound or consultative sales Compensation Base pay: $400–$600 USD/month depending on experience Clear path to higher responsibility and earnings as Morcel grows Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals #J-18808-Ljbffr
