**Tus responsabilidades**:
Tus responsabilidades incluyen las siguientes, pero no se limitan a eso:
- Ser reconocido como experto en el consumidor por el conocimiento y enfoque científico, demostrando entendimiento profundo en el mercado y anticipando tendencias futuras.
- Configurar el entorno del mercado, identificando oportunidades tempranas y construyendo una red sólida en el área de patología para determinar los factores críticos de éxito para el lanzamiento.
- Monitorear de cerca las actividades de la competencia y las tendencias terapéuticas para identificar oportunidades en el mercado, teniendo un alto nível de conocimiento de la compañía y los productos de la competencia.
- Recolectar información estratégica en el campo, y compartirla con los equipos multifuncionales relevantes, identificando necesidades, intereses, dolores, y otros.
- Contribuir a propuestas de valor innovadoras y asegurar una comunicación adecuada interna y externamente.
- Apoyar la co-creación y garantizar la ejecución de planes estratégicos y tácticos para consumidores y territorios, para productos asignados en línea con los estándares de Novartis.
- Preparar el mercado para futuros lanzamientos y buscar oportunidades innovadoras dentro del área de patología, creando embajadores para nuestros productos.
- Desarrollar y mantener en el largo plazo, una fuerte relación y comunicación con stakeholders de las principales cuentas.

**Minimum requirements**
**Requerimientos**:
- 3 años o más de experiência como representante de ventas generando demanda, manejando biológicos, preferiblemente de áreas terapéuticas: reumatología y/o dermatología son altamente deseables.
- Ubicación Barranquilla, con responsabilidad sobre la Costa Atlántica: disponibilidad de viaje.
- Nível de inglés intermedio-alto es deseable
