The Patient Care Systems support rep is responsible for phone-based patient outreach, basic patient education as well as technical support for the CRM field team regarding the PCS portfolio: programmers, SmartSync, Carelink Bedside Monitors, Carelink Express and MCL-H app. This will be a flexible role in Bogotá. Responsibilities Responds to customer product inquiries, issues or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions Troubleshoots customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use or malfunctioning products, and/or software applications and recommends corrective action Interpersonal skills and product knowledge are critical to responding and troubleshooting to customer inquiries Document customer information, troubleshooting, and/or recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development Required Knowledge and Experience High school degree Fluent in English One year experience in customer service, technical support or product support Knowledge using MS Office Experience supporting customer-facing situations Bachelor’s degree and previous experience working with product support is advantageous Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
