The Role As a Shopify Ecommerce Manager , you will own the operational integrity of the Shopify storefront. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives on structure, documentation, and repeatable systems. While you may contribute input to roadmap and improvements, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the site remains clean, consistent, and error-free across all products, templates, and collections. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, methodical, and takes pride in maintaining order at scale. Key Responsibilities Own the structure, organization, and accuracy of the Shopify storefront Conduct regular site audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps Create, maintain, and document product and page templates with strict standards Manage Shopify metafields, metadata, tags, collections, and variants in a structured, repeatable way Execute bulk edits and imports with zero tolerance for errors Maintain clear internal documentation for site structure, templates, and workflows Support new product launches with clean setup, QA, and validation Implement new site features while ensuring alignment with existing systems and standards Enforce consistency across all product pages, collections, and content Ideal Candidate 2+ years of deep, hands-on Shopify management experience Proven experience managing large or high-SKU Shopify stores Strong expertise with Shopify metafields, structured data, and product templates Experience with bulk product creation, edits, imports, and variant structures Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and methodical in execution Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with audits and documentation Accountable and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over execution quality Comfortable working full-time aligned to U.S. / EST business hours Nice to Have Experience with custom Shopify themes Experience auditing inventory-heavy catalogs Experience implementing new Shopify features and workflows Join Our Team Be part of a focused, high-performance e-commerce environment where operational excellence is valued and visible.
