We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage systems and infrastructure, including storage, operating systems, monitoring, and identity management. This role involves handling client requests and tickets primarily through ServiceNow, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with standards. The position is hybrid, with flexibility for remote and on‑site work depending on client needs. Responsibilities Administer systems and infrastructure components, including storage, OS, monitoring tools, and IAM. Implement and manage Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and VMware ESX environments. Oversee public/private cloud platforms and migrations from on‑premises to cloud solutions. Manage Active Directory and federation services. Respond to client requests and tickets using ServiceNow. Support automation and vulnerability management initiatives. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, maintaining strong communication and resilience. Required Technical And Professional Expertise Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management, VMware ESX, public/private cloud management (including migration from on‑prem to cloud). Experience in administration of systems and platforms. Handling client requests and ticketing systems (especially ServiceNow). Automation experience, especially Infrastructure as Code (IaC).li> Vulnerability management and remediation planning. Ability to propose and implement process improvements. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience University degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Technical certifications on administered platforms (e.g., storage, operating systems, monitoring, identity management). Strong client‑facing communication skills.
