This role acts as Level 3 support, resolving complex cases escalated from Level 1 and 2, and providing guidance and training to junior team members. The position offers significant opportunities for career growth, including paths toward Squad Lead, Level 3 Specialist, or Delivery Manager roles.**Responsibilities*** Resolve advanced technical issues and escalations that cannot be addressed by Level 1 or 2 teams.* Implement and manage Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019, VMware ESX, and public/private cloud environments, including migrations from on-premises to cloud solutions.* Administer Active Directory and federation services.* Lead initiatives for automation, modernization, and continuous improvement.* Mentor and train junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and technical leadership.* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise*** Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration with advanced technical skills.* Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management. VMware ESX.
