At Salutem Medical Management, we are seeking a highly skilled System/Network Administrator to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking—along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. What You’ll Do Workstation & User Support Provide workstation support for Windows 10 & 11 devices. Deliver remote support for distributed users. Utilize remote support tools and security software to troubleshoot and secure systems. Microsoft 365 Administration Manage Exchange Online, user accounts, and access permissions. Oversee identity and access management through Entra ID (Azure AD). Handle enterprise applications, provisioning, and license assignments. Support workstations connected to an Azure AD cloud-hosted domain. Azure Administration Manage shared Azure resources following best practices. Implement and monitor Azure security policies, including DLP. Networking Configure and monitor network routing, firewalls, and network performance. Manage and optimize firewalls and network appliances. Experience with Bigleaf, SonicWall, or Cisco Meraki is highly preferred. Documentation & Communication Draft and maintain IT policies and procedures. Set up and manage an in-house ticketing system for end-user support. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Personal Qualities Strong self-management and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
