English - Fully fluent Responsibilities INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REMOTE (Worldwide). Salary plus performance bonuses. This is not a typical sales job. You will be representing Zenith Prep Academy, the most credentialed college consulting company in the United States. This is not a startup. This is the market leader with the strongest service and guarantee in the market. About the Company Founded in 2007, with 18 years in business. Population: Thousands of active client families across more than 40 U.S. states. More than 100 full-time employees, including former admissions officers from Stanford, Columbia, Johns Hopkins, Berkeley, and NYU. Our achievements include high client renewal, extensive testimonials, and recognition by major organizations and media outlets. Opportunity & Schedule Location: Remote, worldwide candidates encouraged to apply after reviewing requirements. Hours: Weekdays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time. Days off: Choose two weekdays off per week. Saturday and Sunday: Eight hours per day, starting at 10:00 AM U.S. Pacific Time. You must be available to work U.S. evening and weekend hours. This is non-negotiable. Compensation & Growth Compensation: $1,000–$2,000 base salary plus up to $10,000 or more per month in bonuses. Current employee earnings for this role: Top performer: $10,000–$15,000 or more per month. Bonuses are uncapped and rewards results. We pay on time and exactly what we promise. The Role You will speak directly with American families considering enrolling their children in our program. Your responsibilities include: Following a proven sales framework word for word with conviction. Answering questions about our program, the college admissions process, and how we work. Handling objections professionally and persuasively. Closing enrollments, with families investing between $7,000 and $70,000 or more. Accurately logging all metrics. This is a high-trust, high-ticket sales role. You are not cold calling. You will speak with families who have already expressed interest and completed consultations with our team. Requirements Fluent, professional English indistinguishable from a native speaker in live conversation. A documented track record of closing high-ticket sales of $1,000 or more per transaction. Experience in phone sales, consultative sales, or enrollment-based sales. Ability to handle objections, control conversations, and confidently ask for enrollment. Comfort being direct, firm, and persistent without being aggressive. Academic rigor and ability to learn (memorization-intensive or technical backgrounds preferred). Strong preference for high GPA from a respected university (e.g., Law, Sciences, Accounting/Finance). Coachable, not arrogant. Willing to follow the framework exactly and accept feedback. Extremely dependable. Punctuality and consistency are essential. Minimum of five or more years of work experience. Our Selection Process This is a rigorous 12-step selection process that includes application screening, English fluency assessment, framework delivery assessment, multiple interviews, background and reference verification, and paid trial period.
