Growth & Enrollment Marketing Manager

Overview We are a rapidly expanding U.S.-based early childhood education organization with multiple campuses nationwide. We are seeking a marketing professional to own and scale our enrollment pipeline by combining high‑performing digital acquisition with locally driven growth strategies. This role blends strategy, execution, experimentation, and collaboration, and is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems that convert interest into enrollment. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and local search platforms. Maintain and enhance local search visibility for each school location, including ongoing management of Google Business profiles. Track inquiries from first touch through enrollment, continuously improving conversion rates across the funnel. Run ongoing tests on messaging, targeting, landing flows, and automations to reduce cost per inquiry and improve lead quality. Community-Based & Local Growth Efforts Build and manage referral pipelines through local businesses, parent networks, and community organizations. Support school leaders with customized marketing materials, enrollment events, and location‑specific initiatives. Identify patterns in enrollment data and recommend tactical improvements to increase tour attendance and close rates. Strategy, Analytics & Collaboration Design and maintain dashboards that track marketing spend, lead performance, and return on investment. Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align marketing output with capacity, staffing, and growth priorities. Act as a strategic advisor on enrollment growth, continuously testing new ideas and improving systems. Preferred Background Extensive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth roles, ideally within multi‑site or service‑oriented organizations. Hands‑on expertise managing paid media across Google and Meta platforms. Familiarity with AI‑enabled marketing tools and automation platforms. Strong command of English, both written and verbal. Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into practical decisions. Comfortable bridging digital performance marketing with real‑world, local engagement efforts.
