Marketing Manager, Content & Brand Growth Reports To: CEO / Director of Operations Overview of the Role Full-Time Marketing Manager Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Contractor Click is hiring a Full-Time Marketing Manager to own and scale our organic marketing and brand growth efforts. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing our content engine while actively growing our audience, reach, and authority in the contractor and home services space. This person will manage social media, podcast production, webinars, newsletter distribution, and brand growth initiatives including podcast guest outreach and speaking opportunities. The role blends execution with data-driven optimization and light strategy, focused on consistent growth rather than vanity marketing. This role operates aligned with Contractor Click’s CLICKS Core Values and is accountable for turning content into measurable momentum. Core Responsibilities Social Media Growth and Optimization Own social media strategy, publishing, and repurposing across core platforms Analyze engagement, reach, and follower growth weekly and monthly Identify what content performs best and continuously improve hooks, formats, and topics Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with company priorities Grow Contractor Click’s social media following in a consistent, sustainable way Podcast Management and Growth Own weekly podcast planning, production, publishing, and syndication Edit or coordinate editing for podcast episodes as needed Repurpose podcast content into social posts, clips, and newsletter content Track podcast performance and recommend improvements to grow listenership Webinar and Long-Form Content Management Plan and manage monthly webinars from topic selection to promotion and repurposing Coordinate post-production and reuse content across channels Ensure webinars support brand authority and offer positioning Brand Growth and Outreach Manage podcast guest outreach to book Contractor Click leadership on relevant shows Research and pursue speaking opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling for brand-building opportunities Track outreach efforts and outcomes Newsletter and Owned Media Own weekly newsletter planning, writing, and publishing Improve open rates, click rates, and engagement over timeAlign newsletter content with social, podcast, and webinar themes Success Outcomes Consistent growth in social media followers and engagement Podcast episodes published weekly with increasing reach and downloads Regular podcast guest appearances and speaking opportunities secured Webinar content fully leveraged across channels Weekly newsletter published on time with improving performance metrics Content systems run without leadership needing to manage execution Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience managing social media and content calendars Strong understanding of content performance and engagement metrics Experience publishing and distributing podcasts or long-form content Strong organization and project management skills Ability to execute independently and meet deadlines consistently Photoshop, Canva Video Editing via CapCut, Descript, After Effects Preferred: Background in podcast management, editing, or production Experience pitching podcast guest appearances or speaking opportunities Experience in digital marketing agencies or B2B services Familiarity with home services, contractors, or local marketing Experience with tools like Descript, Riverside, Notion, Canva, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel Right Person, Right Seat This role is a fit if you: Enjoy both execution and optimization Are data-aware but not data-paralyzed Care about audience growth and brand authority Take ownership and follow through Constantly look for ways to improve content performance This role is not a fit if you: Prefer purely creative work without accountability to results Dislike outreach or relationship-building Need constant direction or oversight Compensation and Growth Competitive full-time compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow into a senior marketing or brand leadership role Direct exposure to leadership and agency growth strategy Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Contractor Click by 2x Get notified about new Marketing Manager jobs in Colombia . #J-18808-Ljbffr
