B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media & HubSpot) – Bluelight Join Bluelight, a leading software consultancy focused on technology innovation and client service excellence, as a B2B Growth Marketing Manager. About the Role Drive qualified leads for Bluelight’s nearshore staffing solutions through paid media and sophisticated HubSpot automation. Own the marketing engine that connects U.S. companies with top engineering talent in Latin America. Key Responsibilities B2B media planning and strategy for startups and enterprise tech leaders. HubSpot ownership: optimize workflows, lead scoring, attribution, and connect ad spend to closed deals. Market research to identify target audience consumption habits. Stay abreast of emerging B2B trends, AI in marketing, and new channels. Advise New Business and Account teams on budget and strategy. Execute and manage multi‑channel paid media (LinkedIn ABM, Google high‑intent search). Vendor management and agency coordination. Full‑funnel analytics: track MQLs, SQLs, cost per discovery call, and pipeline velocity. Optimize audience segments and refine targeting. Budget pacing and forecasting to ensure ROI and CAC efficiency. Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising lead quality. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years in B2B performance marketing or media buying, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or SaaS. Deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, landing pages, segment lists) and CRM integration; HubSpot certifications highly preferred. Expertise in paid platforms: LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, and LinkedIn Insights Tag. Excellent communication skills to explain marketing data to non‑marketing stakeholders. Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
