About the Role Enterprise Account Sales Executive – expanding Addi’s market presence by closing high‑value enterprise merchants in Retail, Fashion, Travel, and Insurance. Mission & Responsibilities Secure new GMV by signing strategically valued enterprise accounts within the first 12 months. Build and maintain a 3× pipeline‑to‑quota ratio, executing a strategic territory plan and outbound C‑suite prospecting strategy. Establish and institutionalize relationships with C‑level decision makers across target verticals. Maintain full funnel visibility and forecasting accuracy; achieve 100 % CRM data quality. Qualifications 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, closing complex, high‑value deals. Exceptional C‑suite presence and challenger sales ability, with proven negotiation and storytelling skills. Demonstrated experience in strategic prospecting, pipeline generation, and managing multi‑threaded sales cycles. Deep financial and business acumen to speak merchant P&L and drive revenue. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs; highly organized and analytical.
