Job Title: Customer Experience Associate Department: Customer Success Reports To: Head of Customer Success Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our applicants and property management partners. You will provide real‑time support via chat, calls, and emails, while managing inquiries in our CRM (HubSpot). You’ll be an integral part of the team ensuring smooth operations, high satisfaction, and timely resolution across customer interactions.
