The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Analyze complex business problems and develop recommendations. Answer questions about data elements and how they relate to business processes and workflows. Work within the business process framework to decompose processes Analyze, simplify and optimize processes based on findings. Provide input to system design, making decisions for functionality and configuration, gauging and measuring data quality levels and providing troubleshooting support. Record, monitor and publish critical project, program, process key performance indicators, document progress and report to senior stakeholders regularly. Review existing reports, metrics, make recommendations to improve quality and efficiency of business processes, when applicable.

A successful candidate must demonstrate the following Behavioral Traits:

Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Customer Orientation (internal/external). Comfortable working in a self-directed environment. Good at working in a virtual team environment - team members will be based in several countries. Proactive approach to work.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum qualifications:

Being an active student pursuing a bachelors degree in: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance or related field. Advanced English level. Experience with Excel and Power Point.

Preferred:

SQL or Power BI experience.

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
