Paid Media Growth Specialist Join Speedrack West to drive paid advertising with a focus on lead quality, sales pipeline impact, and revenue contribution. Responsibilities Own and optimize paid advertising efforts, measuring impact on real business growth, not just platform metrics. Test new angles, keywords, offers, and landing pages to continually improve performance. Explain why performance improved or declined, backed by data and learning. Act as a growth partner, not just a media buyer, treating paid media as a lead and pipeline growth channelli> Qualifications (Strong Signals) Proven B2B lead generation experience, ideally with high‑ticket products and long sales cycles. Focus beyond CPL – cares about lead quality, opportunities, and deals. Asks smart questions about ICP, deal size, sales feedback, and funnel performance. Can clearly explain why performance improved or declined, backed by data. What We Want to Avoid (Red Flags) Heavy focus only on CTR, CPC, impressions. “We just drive traffic” mindset or avoiding responsibility for lead quality. No clear examples of testing, iteration, or learning from failures. Inability to explain impact beyond the ad platform. Employment Type Full‑time (or freelance/contractor acceptable).
