Key Responsibilities Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Video. Prioritize conversions that drive SQLs, pipeline, and closed‑won revenue. Partner with sales to align on lead quality and refine targeting. Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets. Understand the buyer journey and lead quality across the funnel. Conduct A/B tests on targeting, creatives, landing pages, and bidding. Collaborate with the broader marketing team for cross‑channel messaging. Coordinate with design teams on landing page performance and CRO. Manage budget pacing, forecast spend, and report ROI, CAC, and ROAS. Research emerging ad formats and placement opportunities within Google Ads. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years managing paid campaigns in Google Search, Display, and Video. Track and optimize full‑funnel campaigns beyond top‑of‑funnel leads. Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools. Track record of collaborating with sales teams to improve pipeline impact. Expertise in UTM parameters, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager. Fluent in English; effective communication across teams. Knowledge of CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Key Impact Areas Drive higher revenue attributed to marketing through Google Ads. Improve SQL rates and lead‑to‑deal conversions. Develop collaborative workflows with sales to refine lead quality.
