Job Description

The Program Management Director works in conjunction with account teams and leadership to fulfill client campaign planning, execution, management and analysis. This role interfaces with our clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship. Program Management Directors also work closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative and email/print production teams to appropriately define the client’s opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives. Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount.

Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrates bigger picture understanding of client's marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights/tactics associate with longer-term strategy objectives.
  2. Anticipates client questions and has thought out answers/solutions.
  3. Always thinking about how we can better serve clients and grow their business.
  4. Performs day-to-day client contact.
  5. Coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc).
  6. Develops and presents creative briefs to clients and internal teams; contributes to review of creative throughout creative development process.
  7. Partners with the project management team to ensure commitments made are realistic, within scope and delivered without error.
  8. Prioritizes & sets expectations on deliverables.
  9. Drives client communication and cross team coordination.
  10. Supports billing and financial reconciliation activities.
  11. Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.
  12. Understand marketing reporting and able to contribute insights.
Qualifications
  1. C1 English skills.
  2. Requires both CRM and automotive marketing experience.
  3. Ability to work Eastern Standard Time office hours.
  4. Excel and MS Office proficiency required.
  5. Strong time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong client-service orientation and proven team player.
