Bold es una fintech que provee una solución de pagos a los microempresarios para recibir pagos con tarjetas débito, crédito y billeteras a través de datáfonos y links de pago. El rol

Como Product Ops Manager (Payments), serás la pieza clave para la gestión y entrega de proyectos estratégicos que involucran la coordinación entre diversas áreas de la compañía. Liderarás iniciativas de alto impacto enfocadas principalmente en proyectos de adquirencia, la relación y manejo de proveedores de datáfonos, y otros proyectos asociados a nuestra tribu de pagos. Tu rol abarcará desde el entendimiento profundo de los requisitos hasta la entrega exitosa de soluciones, asegurando que cada proyecto se complete a tiempo y con los más altos estándares. Serás un punto de contacto clave entre los equipos internos y los stakeholders externos, asegurando una colaboración fluida y la entrega de productos haciendo cumplir los cronogramas de trabajo definidos.

Deberás

  • Supervisar y gestionar la ejecución de los proyectos asociados a productos de adquirencia, y en general de la tribu de pagos, asegurando la entrega puntual de los mismos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos (tecnología, negocio, diseño) y proveedores externos para garantizar el éxito del proyecto.
  • Liderar iniciativas de integraciones técnicas con proveedores externos, asegurando la correcta implementación y el cumplimiento de los cronogramas de trabajo.
  • Trabajar de la mano con los product managers de la tribu de pagos para garantizar una entrega unificada de productos, alineando prioridades, expectativas y plazos.
  • Buscar la optimización de los tiempos de los equipos. Buscamos no llenarnos de reuniones y ceremonias innecesarias, pero cuando sean necesarias deben ser eficientes y organizadas.

Requisitos Mínimos

  • Experiencia comprobada de más de 4 años en roles asociados
  • Experiencia de mínimo 2 años en cargos de liderazgo de equipos con entornos ágiles y colaborativos, orientados en experimentación y sentido de urgencia
  • Tener pensamiento crítico, centrado en hipótesis y problemas
  • Tener la capacidad de pensar en problemas de manera holística
  • Contar con experiencia trabajando con equipos digitales (tecnología, UX, datos, etc)
  • Contar con fuertes habilidades analíticas para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones
  • Sólido conocimiento en métodos y métricas de entrega y go-to-market.
