We’re looking for a creative and driven **Social Media Manager**to join our team and enhance our online presence and brand awareness. You will support us across our social media accounts, blogs, and Facebook groups while performing various administrative tasks. If you have experience in social media management and a passion for engaging content, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and post engaging content across our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews from followers and customers to foster engagement.
- **Blog and Group Management**: Keep our blogs and Facebook groups updated with relevant information and news to engage our audience.
- **Database Maintenance**: Maintain and update our database of contacts, leads, and customers to ensure accurate records.
- **Partnership Outreach**: Reach out and create potential partnerships within Facebook groups to expand our network.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google My Business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Experience or interest in the real estate industry.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
