Your contract will be directly with In All Media. Project Overview This position is critical to modernizing and securing a large, cross-platform endpoint environment . The primary focus is on enhancing the management of the entire fleet of MacOS and Windows devices . As a Senior Endpoint Engineer, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced application packaging, deployment, and patch management strategies . A key objective is driving MDM automation , particularly leveraging Windows Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) and VMWare MDM , to significantly boost operational efficiency and ensure robust security compliance. This role requires providing high-level technical expertise across all enterprise management tools, ensuring seamless and secure operations for the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and implement advanced MDM automation strategies for both MacOS and Windows endpoints, focusing on deployment, patching, and configuration management. Develop, package, and deploy applications across the cross-platform environment, ensuring consistency and seamless user experience. Modernize and secure the endpoint lifecycle management process, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and standards. Utilize and expand scripting capabilities (bash, shell, PowerShell ) to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and create custom solutions for endpoint challenges. Provide high-level technical expertise and Tier 3 support to diagnose and resolve complex, advanced technical issues within the MacOS and Windows ecosystems. ✅ Must-Have Skills 5+ years of progressive experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise management of MacOS and Windows platforms . Demonstrated expertise in designing new processes and implementing automation for MacOS endpoints . Extensive hands-on experience managing and deploying leading MDM solutions , specifically Windows Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) , VMWare MDM , and MDM Autopilot . Strong scripting skills in bash, shell, and PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and configuring endpoints. Deep familiarity with enterprise identity and collaboration tools, including Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 . Proven ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues in large-scale MacOS and Windows environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in Agile methodologies and working effectively within a remote team environment. Fluent English for daily communication (written and verbal). ✨ Nice-to-Have Skills Certification in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) or related Microsoft certifications. Certification or strong experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). Experience with cloud security posture management tools related to endpoint security. Familiarity with additional scripting languages (e.g., Python). Location & Time Zone This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Latin America (LATAM) .
