About this opportunity

Your mission is to provide customers the best clinical support. This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists and treatment coordinators related to case-specific doubts, ClinCheck plan review, quality, and troubleshooting. In addition, other duties will include working closely with the sales team to ensure company-wide sales and profit targets are met, education activities, and events driving doctors’ clinical confidence and aiming for the improvement of revenue on Invisalign and iTero business.

In this role, you will…

  1. Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting primarily for regional doctors.
  2. Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
  3. Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issues whether inbound or outbound.
  4. Assist in the education of customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
  5. Participate in online and live educational events.
  6. Participate in special projects and/or training when requested, as well as proactive team and individual efforts to achieve department and company goals.

In this role, you’ll need …

  1. Bachelor’s degree in dentistry is needed. Masters or specialization in Orthodontics is desirable. Young professionals are also welcome to apply.
  2. Two to three years’ experience in customer relations in dental-related areas is desirable.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
  5. The willingness to rotate shifts, if needed.
  6. The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).
  7. Availability to work in a full-time position, from Monday to Friday in regular working hours.
  8. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills to give the best advice to our customers. You naturally strive for the best performance and you have the willingness to learn. Additionally, you are a good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, result-oriented, hard-working, and creative.
