Job Description
  • Support Site Activation: Assist in coordinating and overseeing trial activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to the task matrix.
  • Review and Manage Documents: Perform department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews as assigned, documenting findings in the appropriate system.
  • Ensure Quality and Efficiency: Ensure allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard, proactively communicating any risks to project leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience providing administrative and technical support to project teams, with knowledge of clinical trials operations and regulatory guidelines.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
