What You’ll Do Daily Performance Monitoring Monitor Meta ad accounts spending $100k+ per day Track performance trends across campaigns, ad sets, and creatives Learn to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in real ad data Analysis & Pattern Recognition Diagnose why performance changes (not just that it changed) Spot early signals of creative fatigue and structural issues Observe how comment sentiment and user behavior affect results Learn how experienced media teams think about performance shifts Communication & Escalation Share insights clearly with the Head of Media Recommend actions based on data and patterns Help direct the right team members to take action Tools & Systems You’ll Work With Meta Ads Manager Triple Whale First Click attribution Performance dashboards and trend analysis Slack and live meetings Experience We’re Looking For 1–2 years of Meta media buying experience (hands‑on) Some experience with data analysis or performance reporting Basic familiarity with Triple Whale (or similar tools) Strong curiosity and a natural eye for patterns Willingness to ask “why” until the answer is clear You don’t need to know everything.
