A Day In The Life The Data Analyst is integral to the Analyst team, standing up critical analysis tools and dashboards used to evaluate existing marketing programs. You thrive in an exciting, fast‑paced environment, supporting multiple teams and contributing to marketing audits for new and existing brands. Responsibilities Populating: Stand up all analysis tools utilized for marketing audits. QA’ing: Ensure analysis tools accurately pull in data. Forecasting: Draft marketing performance forecasts through Google Sheets and DataRobot AI software. Improving: Build new automations and improve current tools and processes. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Role Requirements Manage and manipulate large amounts of data. Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels. Competence in Google Analytics, Shopify and other CMS. Competence in data visualization platforms including Looker & Looker Studio. Competence in Excel and Google Sheets. Competence in forecasting and KPI modeling. Familiarity navigating Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) No audit timelines extended due to bad data (100% on‑time completion). No audit timelines extended due to inaccurate forecasts (100% on‑time completion). Improvement in audit Win Rate (QoQ improvements, starting at a Win Rate of 33%). Most Important Things (MITs) Accuracy of data analysis tools. Accuracy of forecasts. Speed of deliverable execution.
