In this customer‑focused role, you will professionally engage with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and handle various scenarios to help them solve their issues. Within your role, you will: Provide top‑class customer service to resolve inquiries across all channels (phone, email, chat) to provide accurate information and resolve issues swiftly Communicating ways to put the customer at the heart of what we do and in doing so, improving their experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with the team on new projects, helping us refine our processes and strengthen our business continuity plans Assist with back‑office duties and maintain customer service records What will make you successful for the role: Proven Proficiency in English (both written & spoken) At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role Willingness to work in a 24/7 schedule with rotating shifts Experience working with KPI’s and targets Attention to detail and “willing‑to‑help” attitude Sounds good?
