Accelleration Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Overview At Acceleror, we pioneer the shift from traditional e‑commerce to AI‑Commerce. We seek a bilingual Project Manager to lead our team through this transformation. Key Responsibilities Use AI tools (LLMs, automation, and data analysis) to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency. Serve as the bridge between English and Spanish‑speaking brands and execution teams, ensuring seamless communication. Maintain our digital ecosystem, ensuring all projects are organized and progressing within Monday.com, Slack, CRM, and Google Workspace. Assist in transitioning brand strategies from traditional e‑commerce to AI‑driven commerce (predictive inventory, AI‑generated creative, automated customer journeys). Coordinate deliverables across Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, and our web‑development department. Required Skills & Experience Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Active user of AI tools with a deep curiosity to learn and implement new AI technologies. Expert‑level familiarity with Monday.com, Trello, Slack, and Google Drive/Suite. Proven ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment where industry rules change weekly. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify (other marketplaces experience is a plus). Understanding that “e‑commerce” is becoming “AI‑commerce” and ability to adapt and leverage these changes.
