we are committed to connecting top Colombian talent with long-term, growth-oriented job opportunities. We are currently seeking a **Civil Engineer** to join our team as a **Bilingual** **Project Coordinator**.

This role involves working closely with the Project Manager and field teams to ensure successful execution and documentation of construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver product data packages
- Request shipment samples
- Review contractual changes for scope impacts
- Compile contract requirements (bonuses, insurance, etc.)
- Prepare value sheets, billing documents, and stockpiled material records
- Generate pick tickets and installer work orders
- Prepare shop drawings and installation documents
- Collect warranties and closeout documents
- Maintain client communication and ensure satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Experience with cost estimating software
- Knowledge of construction principles and sequencing
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and manage client expectations

**Salary**: 3,300,000 COP
