Your Impact: As a Customer Service Appointment Setter , you’ll have the ability to work in a collaborative and engaging environment with one goal, making a positive impact on people’s day We’ll train you to be an expert in your field, so you can confidently deliver an amazing customer experience. You’ll field customer inquiries, schedule healthcare appointments for our customers, and exercise emotional intelligence and improve the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Communicate with new and existing Healthcare patients through inbound and outbound calls, Chat and email that need to schedule or reschedule appointments. Respond to patient inquiries as they relate to healthcare services. Verify all customer information is updated and accurate. Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions and make recommendations based on the customers need. Review insurance eligibility for applicable calls and chats when scheduling appointments or communicating with the benefits team to verify eligibility as appropriate. Provide clear and friendly guidance on available appointment times and office locations. Use multiple computer applications and systems. Maintain and provide daily reports. Responsible for administrative duties such as sending faxes and any additional duties as assigned by your department or Supervisor. Creating a “WOW” factor in every interaction through exceptional communication skills, taking ownership of the interaction and speed of service. Regular 1:1 coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure you regularly meet key performance indicators. Qualifications You’re at least 18 years of age. You have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. You have excellent verbal communication skills which include speaking clearly, enunciating and asking follow up questions. You speak, read and write fluent English and Spanish. You have a basic understanding of Math to include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. You have at least 6 months to one year of customer service experience and or experience with appointment scheduling. You understand the value of coaching / feedback. Experience in Healthcare and or Pediatric Dentistry preferred. Confidence and urgency. You’re computer savvy, comfortable sitting at a desk and working with multiple computer applications and screens. You have experience working with Microsoft office or Google G-Suite programs. You’re results oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions. You have excellent time management skills and a reliable attendance history. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Knowledge of basic office equipment should include Internet and email, copy and fax machines, and telephone. Schedule & Availability You can work Full Time Onsite between the hours of 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST Monday through Friday to include Saturdays from 12:00PM-5:00PM EST but have some flexibility as business needs may change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
