**from 2 pm to 11 pm**

**Salary $ 2.700.00 + Night surcharge from 9 pm to 11 pm**

**Job description**: We are currently searching for a Scheduler with 1 year of experience in scheduling/appointment setter. They need to be caring, empathetic, a problem solver, friendly and costumer service oriented. On site position.
**Responsabilities**: - General Scheduling duties - Document everything that happens on the company's system - Extra functions: survey calls, time cards mileage, checking documentation, helping with payroll
**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in scheduling homecare - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Data entry - Intermediate Excel - Wellsky knowledge - Tech savvy - MS Suite knowledge - Great customer service - Preferably some medical knowledge and sales experience
