Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Lean Solutions Group We are looking for a Virtual Accountant to support accounting operations for U.S.-based companies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance of financial records. This role works closely with the Controller and Finance team and supports month-end close and financial reporting in a fully remote environment. Support the month-end close process and financial reporting. Prepare and maintain account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP. Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and support corrective actions. Collaborate with the Finance team to deliver accurate and reliable information. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required). Solid experience in accounting and financial reporting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work. 100% Work From Home role for candidates based in Bogotá. Stable schedule aligned with U.S. hours.
