AHOY MATE Are you chronically online, ahead of the trends, passionate about travel and building engaged online communities?Our crew are on the lookout for a creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our ship to help steer our key social media platforms, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, to success. Every day, our team of dedicated Pirates scour the web for the best travel deals, insider tips, and hidden gems, helping millions of users in the UK and beyond explore the world without breaking the bank. DUTIES ON DECK Showcase our deals and content across our key social media channels through short‑form video content, Facebook posts, interactive Instagram stories and more Scripting, filming and editing face‑to‑camera videos and hopping on TikTok/Reel trends Engage with our users and other brands by responding to comments, chatting with followers, and keeping the conversation witty and lively Use analytics tools to report on key metrics and analyse content performance for continuous improvement Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and Digital Marketing team to contribute to a social media strategy that excites our users and turns followers into engaged users Keep on top of trends (including memes, culture, and trending destinations) and utilise in our content mix Look out for travel news and trending topics and assist in writing snackable blog content Create a social media calendar identifying key events and days to utilise on our platforms Junior Salary Band: £24,200-£30,000 YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships both inside and outside the team Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice Minimum of 1 year of experience in the social media environment Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Confident in front of the camera and a captivating storyteller Experience using Canva is a plus You're a natural brand evangelist Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment You're a British English native speaker You welcome the challenge of trial & error EXTRA KNOTS FOR THE PIRATE SHIP OFFERS YOU Flexible working hours Fully Remote working -- Though we keep a super‑nice Head Office in Berlin for you to use whenever you choose, you can work remotely as often as you wish, or head to any WeWork around the globe anytime, including offices across their UK network A MacBook (also for private use) as well as any other needed equipment including a very lovely remote IT support £100 equipment budget every month on top of your salary to comfortably work from home £45 tax free cash card per month Maternity leave for up to 52 weeks Biannual Legendary Company Event & Party Mental health and relaxation sessions Further training budget to use as you choose Inspiring mates from all over the world #J-18808-Ljbffr
