We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager Two Travel & Two Lovers | Marketing Team What You’ll Do Own and execute the social media strategy for Two Travel & Two Lovers Grow and engage our communities on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and more Turn social media into a lead generation channel Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn) Define content pillars, campaigns, and growth experiments Analyze performance and optimize based on data Lead and guide the Community Manager in daily execution Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align social media with business goals What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies Strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok growth strategies Hands‑on experience with paid social media advertising Experience in generating leads through social media Strategic mindset with strong execution skills Comfortable leading and mentoring junior team members C1 in English or better Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Reddit or emerging platforms Background in travel, hospitality, weddings, or lifestyle brands Experience working with influencers or creators Familiarity with CRM or marketing automations Why Join Us Work with two fast‑growing lifestyle brands High ownership and real impact on growth and revenue Space to test ideas, launch campaigns, and scale what works Clear growth path within the marketing team Two Travel is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
