Nuestra misión es resolver problemas ordinarios con soluciones extraordinarias. Como Head of Home estarás a cargo del negocio de servicios para el hogar a nivel regional. Liderarás un equipo diverso de aproximadamente 200 personas en múltiples países y serás una pieza clave en la empresa responsable por definir y formular la estrategia del negocio. Para tener éxito en este puesto, debe ser un líder con excelentes destrezas de comunicación y manejo de personas, ser reflexivo, proactivo y seguro en la toma de decisiones, estar siempre dispuesto a escuchar y ayudar a nuestra gente a desarrollarse y estar dispuesto a siempre retar lo que hacemos buscando la forma de innovar y crear una experiencia extraordinaria mientras te aseguras de continuar creciendo el negocio.

Responsabilidades:
  • Manejar el día a día de la operación de Home a nivel regional y asegurar el cumplimiento efectivo de miles de servicios.
  • Gestionar y liderar un equipo de aproximadamente 200 personas en múltiples países, asegurando un alto nivel de desempeño y motivación.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y colaborar con el equipo de producto y desarrollo para mejorar continuamente la plataforma tecnológica y la experiencia de los usuarios.
  • Crear y documentar políticas claras y coherentes que regulen las operaciones diarias y aseguren la consistencia en todas las áreas del negocio.
  • Definir y estandarizar los procesos operativos para mejorar la eficiencia y minimizar errores.
Requisitos:

Se requiere experiencia en planificación e implementación de proyectos, dirigir personal y departamentos, buen manejo de los recursos, alcanzar objetivos trazados, toma de decisiones, control riguroso de los procesos, capacidad de resolución de problemas, excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, neutralidad, autoridad, organización, toma de decisiones, planificación y estrategias.

Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Tecnologías de la Información o un campo relacionado. MBA es una ventaja. Experiencia mínima de 7 años en roles de liderazgo, preferiblemente en un rol de negocio u operativo.
