Business Intelligence Analyst II The Business Intelligence Analyst II plays a key role in driving operational excellence by developing advanced Tableau dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and delivering strategic insights that improve performance, scalability, and decision-making across the operations function. This mid-level role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a proven ability to lead data initiatives that support cross-functional teams. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reporting tools that visualize operational KPIs and trends. Perform advanced data analysis to identify inefficiencies, forecast costs, and support capacity planning and service metrics. Ensure data integrity by mining systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining robust data pipelines. Identify data driven areas of opportunity for growth and improvement in Implementation Operations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and deliver actionable insights. Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility for business users. Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, budget forecasting, and performance benchmarking. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of BI best practices and documentation. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 1 to 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in an operational setting. Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python (desirable), and other BI tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
