Junior Business Intelligence Analyst – Ricova Ricova, Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Clerk to support our finance and strategy teams in collecting, organizing, and transforming data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical skills in tools such as Power BI, Excel, and R, and is eager to grow in data analytics, performance reporting, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel for financial, operational, and market analysis. Support the preparation of monthly and annual performance reports, including P&L, cost efficiency, and KPI tracking. Collect, clean, and manage large data sets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and purchase orders, analyzing expenses and trends. Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to improve data‑driven decision‑making processes. Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and provide insights to management for business optimization and project evaluations. Maintain documentation for BI processes, ensuring data traceability and compliance with internal policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, data reporting, or business intelligence (internship experience acceptable). Strong command of Excel (advanced), Power BI, and knowledge of R or other analytics tools. Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and key performance metrics. English level B2 or higher (spoken and written). French (optional) Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
