We work with entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant to global quick-service chains. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain sales and operations analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools. Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and operations data and highlight opportunities for improvement. Perform deep-dive analyses of operating metrics, providing business insights to leadership by developing hypotheses, analyzing data, and reporting findings/solutions. Communicate analysis results effectively to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization. Collaborate with business leaders on implementing sales activities with some oversight. What We’re Looking For Great communication skills. Advanced English. Data analytics experience. Project management experience preferred. SQL and Python are a must. Salesforce (bonus).
