Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT Staffing) Location: Colombia Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time (Remote) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in Colombia . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term customer relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across Colombia through market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business deals. Work closely with internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and account growth. Track sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and provide regular performance reports. Stay updated on local market trends, competitors, and industry developments in Colombia. Required Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within Colombia. Strong understanding of the Colombian market , business culture, and customer dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. Fluent in Spanish ; English proficiency is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT Staffing, IT services, or professional services. Established network of business contacts in Colombia.
