Corporate Recruiter

What can you expect in a Corporate Recruiter role with TaskUs:

As a Corporate Recruiter, your aim is to find Corporate Rockstars and Rising Stars with skills in line with our overall strategic business objectives and personal qualities that match well with our culture. You will search through portals, pipelines, resumes, and networks to discover the best candidates, providing them with a unique experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews of potential candidates.
  • Identifying top talent and individuals with exceptional skills in different markets to expand the TaskUs Operations team.
  • Advising hiring managers on effective interviewing practices.
  • Establishing a target hire date with hiring managers during the kickoff call and adhering to that date.
  • Building recruitment strategies in collaboration with high-level stakeholders to meet each department's current hiring needs.
  • Providing the best applicant experience while continuously looking for ways to improve.
  • Providing weekly updates on all owned roles' staffing activity, candidate flow, time to hire, and recruitment.
  • Assisting with managing external recruiters when necessary.
  • Working together with hiring managers to negotiate offers.
  • Keeping up to date on business trends that are relevant to our clients and competitors.
  • Offering suggestions for the department's tools, partnerships, and process enhancements.
  • Being solution-oriented and willing to provide new innovative ideas.
  • Promoting and supporting an inclusive #PeopleFirst work environment.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience with an industry standard Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and a passion for metrics and analyzing the pipeline.
  • Proven ability to employ proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and database management skills.

Education / Certifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.

Work Location/Work Schedule/Travel:

  • Hybrid Set-up
  • 46 hours weekly
