Additionally, they will be supporting the monthly / quarterly closing activities, working in parallel on short or midterm forecast processes like Rolling Sales Forecast, Budget and 5YP. Key Responsibilities : Weekly/Monthly: sales orders analysis and Orderbook reports preparation. Analyzing the main trends and liaising with Customer Support and Sales to anticipate future trends. Weekly/Monthly : support to the timely and accurate weekly/monthly rebates analysis (P&L impact change and accrual monitoring). Collaborating to Rebate management through Guidelines maintenance, accruals check and execution (S4/HANA), rebates settlement and accrual release. Monthly closing: Actual sales and margin analysis for the Regional Op Report, helping to explain the main variances, in close connection with the sales team. Yearly : Annual Forecast, Budget and 5-year plan processes support, including change management related to new processes/reports (local finance & sales functions training), and strong collaboration with EMEA sales controlling Director for reports preparation. Power BI Dashboards development . Propose innovation, adapt existing dashboard to new axis of analysis and propose new dashboards. Support to the Sales Controlling Director and the Sales Controlling Manager for specific projects and spot activities. Our future colleague : Degree in Economics/Finance and Controlling or equivalent professional experience. Team worker. Ability to work by priority. Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle pressure. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of the following software is a plus: SAP or equivalent integrated systems on SD CO MM modules ; SAP/BI equivalent Business Intelligence ; Power BI.
